Being Creative

Your creativity and imagination is an important part of your soul. It is as vital to our well-being as breathing. It is the space where the balance of the mind, body and spirit can be found. It is the expression and the form of our uniqueness. When we are in our creative space we are in line with our divine self, our unlimited potential, our soul.

It is the journey of bringing visions within the mind, and joy within the soul into tangible form, giving life to the creation and peace to the creator.

We need creativity in order to achieve our goals. Even if you feel that you have no creative ability at all, you do. For you cannot bring anything into your life without first giving birth to its creation. Each goal, or dream that you have will come to fruition with all the energy and belief you put into it, whether it is a creation of beauty, abundance or ugliness and poverty.

When we are creating it is also one of the best forms of meditation. We are in our divine selves expressing our own soul’s and mind’s desire. When we feed our creativity with joy and enthusiasm we are aligning ourselves with spirit and are open to receive the love, reassurance and messages that we may or may not have been seeking. When we are in our creative space answers that we may have been seeking come with great ease.

If you feel your life is lacking, has no substance, no purpose or passion it is because you are feeding creative lack. You have pushed your dreams and desires away from you and they will continue to float further and further away until only a filament of the dream remains with you. It is never too late to grasp the thread to begin weaving a tapestry to your creation.

If you do not understand how to find your creativity, if you feel like it just can’t possibly exists, it will take time to find because you have created limited thought around it . Take a moment and think about if you could door have anything what would you do/have? Maybe you know exactly what that is, or maybe you just know that you want a feeling. Close you eyes and seeing you doing/feeling this thing. Notice how it make you feel. If it makes you feel happy, peaceful, playful (this process should make you feel good) – hold that feeling, that thought and use it to create an energy source.

Now, write this down, what you saw how it made you feel. In writing this you are adding to the creation process. Read what you have written and allow other thoughts to help you create the process towards this desire. If your desire is more along the lines of wanting to create something new in your life, such as a new house, job or car, writing what you want is very important. Write down what you want, then write the statement as if you already have it, like: “I live in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that has a swimming pool.” Find a picture that represents this house and put it on the refrigerator. Every time you see the picture say the affirmation, say the affirmation every morning and every evening. Give thanks to the universe for this new home. You are in the creation process.

If your desire is in the artistic creative sense then start using this creative feeling to begin the project. Be kind to you allow your spirit, which is divine perfection to flow. Relax, breathe and begin.

Your soul is the epitome of all that is. You have the most beautiful ability to express life in a juicy, passionate, succulent way. Allow yourself the opportunity to focus your creative energy in a way that can bring you in alignment with your tru self.

It doesn’t matter how you use your creativity, only that you do. It doesn’t matter the medium you choose only that you choose. It doesn’t have to be limited, you are the creator and your soul expression is unlimited.
